This service includes virtual technical assistance through webcam and / or chat and remote access to troubleshoot and fix system issues with Microsoft 10, Microsoft 11, Android, Mac OS, iOS, and Linux (Fedora and Ubuntu) Operating Systems.
System updates and uninstallation
Troubleshooting OS and drivers
File Backup and Restoration
Networking Issues (printer, WiFi, etc.)
Dual Booting OSes (must have 2 storage devices installed /available)
Move and reorganize Home folder (Mac OS) access
Creating a database on external storage device
This is a Weekly Service billed at $1200, due on the Monday of a completed previous work week. If you should need a one-time service instead of a week or ongoing support services, please feel free to reach out and I will get back to you as soon as I am available.
