As a Small Business owner and many years experience in management, I can offer you this package for your own small business needs, which includes:
Internal electronic File Management structure of / and access to sensitive information on a per need basis of responsibility
Delegating employees with ownership of their service towards your business to improve overall productive workflow throughout
Improve processes of systems already in place for your team(s) while providing suggestions of further software integration or replacement
I offer these services in the Eastern Time Zone, Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, excluding National Holidays. The service being offered is for an 8 week time frame, virtually through Google Meet, unless you are a local client.
The cost of this service for the full 8 weeks is $1500.00. This service may be extended or reduced to fit your business needs and budget. Please feel free to send me an email if you're interested in a different time frame or have budget restrictions.
